What Color Is My Roof?!

Once arriving I immediately could see her roof was covered in black colored mold and algae. She actually thought her roof was black when in reality it was grey in color. She said "What color is my roof" with a look of disbelief. I educated her on the different methods and products we used to clean. After showing her our packages, she asked me to schedule a date.
